Holi Celebration with Town of Apex 2026

Holi, an festival of colors, celebrates the beginning of spring. This year’s celebration features: Live music and performances with DJ Raksh (view full schedule below) Food trucks including Bruster's Ice Cream, Tashi's Kitchen NC, and Tempting Foods & Flavors Holi powders (powder in a variety of colors, while supplies last) Demonstrations and Freebies including Kolam, Rangoli, and chai tea; and tie-dye handkerchiefs (while supplies last) Photobooth with free photo strip Hum Sub Information booth New for 2026! Earn a ticket into a raffle drawing for a swag bag full of surprises simply for disposing of your paper plates. We're partnering with Stacked to mindfully dispose of waste throughout the festival. No powders brought to the event will be permitted inside the event boundary. Visit the information booth at the event to pick up your powder packets! Parking is available at Salem Elementary and Salem Middle School parking lots. Parking along Willard Way is closed to attendees. Participants will be required to sign a Liability Waiver at the event before receiving the Town-supplied Holi powders. Tossed powders may stain clothing, hair or skin. Please wear clothing that can get messy. There is a designated area for tossing Holi powders into the air. Attendees will be required to stay within the designated area while tossing powder. Town staff may be on site during the festival taking photos/video of festival events and attendees

Holi Festival of Colors 2026 in Morrisville NC

Join the Town of Morrisville each Spring as we celebrate Holi, the Hindu festival of colors. Typically celebrated in the month of March, the festival is inclusive of all faiths and cultures, as one of the main themes of the festival is unity. So, while the Holi festival is rooted in Hindu tradition, it is a celebration that happens all over the world. The Holi festival is celebrated as a way to welcome in spring and to give people the chance to release their inhibitions and enjoy a new beginning. The Town's festival is free, and it features dancing, Holi powders, artisan vendors, and food for purchase. Free parking will be available at Iron Mountain (826 Church Street) and Church Street Park (5800 Cricket Pitch Way). Shuttles will run from both locations to Cedar Fork Community Center (CFCC). Accessible parking will be available on-site at CFCC.
