Participants will be required to sign a Liability Waiver at the event before receiving the Town-supplied Holi powders. Tossed powders may stain clothing, hair or skin. Please wear clothing that can get messy. There is a designated area for tossing Holi powders into the air. Attendees will be required to stay within the designated area while tossing powder. Town staff may be on site during the festival taking photos/video of festival events and attendees
