Pop-Up Summer Adult Senior Fitness Class
This forty-five minute fitness class provides a full-body workout designed specifically for seniors and active adults. The session focuses on building sustainable strength and improving physical flexibility through guided movement. By blending varied techniques, the program helps participants maintain independence and vitality during the summer months.
Each session begins with a gentle warm-up and a standing yoga flow to prepare the body. The core of the workout includes compound strength exercises utilizing light weights alongside low-impact cardio and dedicated balance training. The class concludes with standing stretches to aid recovery. Importantly, all exercises are performed standing, meaning there is no requirement to get down on the floor. Chairs are available throughout the session for support, and instructors provide modifications for every fitness level to ensure safety and comfort.
This class is ideal for older adults looking for an approachable way to stay active in a supportive environment. The atmosphere is professional, welcoming, and focused on personal progress.
