Creative Aging Mini-Retreat for Active Adults 55+
This three-hour mini-retreat provides a space for active adults aged 55 and older to engage in creative expression and wellness. Held at Mini-Acres Farm near Raleigh, the event focuses on nourishing the mind, body, and spirit through guided activities in a natural outdoor setting.
Participants will experience a blend of rhythm, mindfulness, and integrative health coaching. Led by teaching artist Greg Whitt and health coach Annelies Gentile, the program includes light movement, creative exercises, and meaningful conversation. Seasonal activities such as blueberry picking and interacting with farm animals are included when available.
