Pop-Up Summer Adult Fitness Class
This sixty minute full-body fitness class provides a comprehensive workout designed to improve your strength, cardio, and flexibility. The session is open to adults looking for an efficient exercise experience that combines yoga, dynamic movement, and functional strength training in one structured hour. Participants will begin with a dynamic warm-up and guided yoga flow to prepare the body for exertion. The main portion of the class features three intensive blocks focused on compound strength exercises, cardiovascular endurance, and balance drills. We conclude each session with targeted floor-based core exercises and a dedicated cool-down period to promote recovery and flexibility. This event is suitable for all fitness levels because our instructors provide clear modifications for every movement.
