Island Society: Caribbean Brunch Buffet
Island Society is a monthly Caribbean-inspired brunch buffet hosted at Il Falò. This event celebrates the culinary heritage of Executive Chef Jouvens Jean, offering guests an authentic taste of Caribbean cuisine once per month through the end of the year.
The menu features a full buffet spread including jerk chicken, curried oxtail, wood-grilled snapper, and mofongo. Guests can enjoy traditional Caribbean desserts such as rum cake, banana bread, flan, and pastelitos. The experience is accompanied by live steel drum music and a selection of tropical cocktail specials crafted with 712 Vodka.
