PONDER Spooky Season is an inclusive event designed for individuals living with dementia and their care partners. This program offers a social and supportive environment to celebrate the holiday season through gentle activities and community connection. The session aims to provide a safe space where participants can engage in seasonal fun while focusing on memory sharing and mutual support.

Attendees will enjoy a variety of engaging experiences tailored for accessibility. Activities include a leisurely stroll through park displays featuring seasonal decorations and a photo station where guests can use props to dress up. Additional highlights include a creative pumpkin painting session and a hands on workshop to prepare a custom Halloween candy granola mix. These activities are designed to encourage interaction and provide a lighthearted way to celebrate the season.

This event is specifically for people with dementia and their care partners. We prioritize a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for all participants. Please note that this is not a drop off program and care partners must remain present for the entire duration. Individual registration is required for both participants and their partners to secure a spot.
