Neon Nightmares Yoga
Neon Nightmares Yoga is an outdoor evening fitness event held at Downtown Cary Park on Halloween Eve. Hosted by Pura Vida Studio, this session combines traditional yoga practice with a unique ultraviolet lighting experience to create an engaging holiday atmosphere.
Participants will enjoy a guided yoga flow illuminated by black lights designed to make neon colors and white clothing glow. The session features an upbeat musical playlist and community-focused movement.
