Vaping 101: Family Edition

Vaping 101: Family Edition is an educational program that connects youth with their parents or caregivers to examine the realities of nicotine addiction. The session focuses on the physiological impact of vaping on the developing brain and body while providing actionable strategies for open communication at home.

Participants will engage with the interactive Vaping 101 Game designed to build knowledge as a team. This collaborative experience transforms complex research into practical skills, helping families navigate real-world substance use pressures. Through guided exercises, attendees will learn to identify triggers, understand health risks, and develop effective ways to make healthy decisions together.

This event is specifically designed for families with students in grades 6 and older. It offers a supportive environment to address sensitive topics and gain necessary confidence in managing modern health challenges. We provide all families with essential tools and resources to continue these important conversations well after the program ends.
