Teens Sketch in the Galleries

Teens Sketch in the Galleries is a dedicated program inviting young artists to practice drawing within the inspiring environment of our museum spaces. This recurring event offers a quiet yet social opportunity for teens to develop their artistic skills while surrounded by world class collections. It is an excellent way to gain new perspectives on our exhibits through the act of creative observation.

Participants can choose to follow structured drawing prompts or explore the galleries independently to find their preferred subject matter. The session provides the space and freedom to experiment with different techniques at your own pace. You are welcome to work solo or collaborate with friends throughout the galleries. This event focuses on hands on practice rather than formal instruction, allowing you to focus entirely on your sketchbook.

This program is tailored specifically for a teen audience, ensuring a comfortable and age appropriate atmosphere for all attendees. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced artist, you will find a welcoming community of peers. Please bring your own pencils and a sketchbook to get started. We look forward to seeing your creativity in the galleries.
