Spooky Tails

Spooky Tails is an outdoor community event dedicated to dogs and their owners. This gathering celebrates the fall season while promoting local resources and outdoor recreation opportunities within Apex for pet owners. Attendees can connect with fellow enthusiasts in a festive, dog-friendly environment designed for fun and socialization.

The event features a variety of local vendors offering pet treats, educational resources, and professional services. Participants can gather information about dog-friendly parks located throughout Apex or join organized group trail walks to explore local scenery with their companions. A central highlight of the afternoon is the dog costume contest, where participants are encouraged to dress their pets in creative outfits for a chance to win a special prize.

This event is open to all dog owners who enjoy outdoor activities and community engagement. The atmosphere is casual, welcoming, and tailored for both pets and their humans to enjoy a brisk seasonal outing. We encourage you to bring your leashed dogs and your best costume ideas to join us for a memorable day in the park.
