PONDER Picture This is a quarterly program designed for individuals living with dementia and their care partners. The session uses photography to explore the role of images in preserving cherished memories and fostering meaningful connections between participants. You will spend the morning exploring how captured moments shape our personal histories. Activities include capturing new photographs, engaging in a hands-on make and take craft, and donating old negatives to a local artist for collaborative art projects. We are pleased to feature the participation of the Cary Teen Council in this session. This event is specifically tailored for those who value creative expression and shared experiences within a supportive community environment. Please note that this is not a drop off program. Both participants and care partners must register individually, and care partners are expected to attend for the duration of the event. We will email further details, including accessibility parking and drop off locations, to registered attendees before the program date. Join us for this opportunity to create, connect, and enjoy a morning dedicated to community and memory.
