Member Monday: Ancient Nubia

Member Monday is an exclusive opportunity for museum members to explore the special exhibition Ancient Nubia: Excavating Treasures of the Nile during private hours. This event offers a unique chance to view remarkable artifacts from the Nile in a quiet and dedicated environment reserved specifically for our community.

Attendees can enjoy complimentary coffee, beverages, and pastries during the first hour of the event. Later in the afternoon, the museum will host docent led stations throughout the gallery space. These stations provide deeper insights into the historical significance and excavation process of the treasures on display, allowing for direct engagement with our knowledgeable museum staff.

This event is designed for all active museum members who appreciate intimate access to major exhibitions. The atmosphere is professional, relaxed, and focused on learning. No advance reservation is required to attend. Please bring your valid member card for entry upon arrival. Note that the remainder of the museum galleries and the NCMA Cafe are closed on Mondays. We look forward to welcoming you for this curated experience.
