Infused Sound Bath

This immersive experience combines guided plant medicine education with a restorative sound bath to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. The session aims to provide a grounded environment for participants to explore intentional wellness through subtle plant-based support and soothing auditory therapy.

The event begins with Jeremiah from Haven Farms, who provides an optional infused beverage and shares expert guidance on mindful consumption and low-dose cannabis. Following this introduction, Maddy leads a restorative sound bath. During this segment, crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments create vibrations designed to quiet the mind and release physical tension. The combination of gentle plant medicine and resonant sound is intended to deepen meditative states.

This event is perfect for individuals curious about integrating plant medicine into their wellness routine in a safe, structured setting. The atmosphere is calm and restorative, focusing on subtle elevation rather than intensity. Please arrange for safe transportation and note that this experience is restricted to participants aged 21 and older.
