Triangle Parade of Homes: Free Tours of the 30 Priciest Homes

Every fall, the Triangle Parade of Homes, presented by the Home Builders Associations of Raleigh-Wake County and Durham/Orange/Chatham, opens hundreds of brand-new homes across the Triangle for free touring. The 2026 edition runs October 3–4, 9–11 & 16–18, 12pm–5pm.

How to use the interactive map

How to plan your route

All 30 homes are in Raleigh. They cluster beautifully, so navigating between them is easy:

• North Raleigh cluster (13 homes): the North Ridge, Brixley, Falls Creek and Sanctuary Falls neighborhoods, including our #1 (1208 Barcroft Pl, $9.5M). Park once and knock out several in an afternoon.
• Inside-the-Beltline / Midtown cluster (17 homes): Hayes Barton, Country Club Hills, Budleigh, Lynwood and surrounding streets. Easy stroller-friendly streets, but parking fills fast on weekends.
• Timing: Homes are open 12–5pm only on show days (Oct 3–4, 9–11 & 16–18). Do North Raleigh one day, ITB another. Weekday-tour Fridays (Oct 9 & 16) are the least crowded.

Tips for touring with kids

• 🎟️ The Parade is a free open house: no tickets. Just show up during open hours.
• 👟 Shoes off or booties on in most luxury homes. Slip-ons save the day.
• 🧃 Bring snacks and water; luxury kitchens are for looking, not snacking.
• 📸 Ask before photos inside; exteriors are fine.
• 🚗 Use the map's Directions buttons to chain 4–5 homes per outing. These are real neighborhoods. Respect driveways and “no parade parking” signs.
• ✅ Confirm each home on the official entries page the morning you go, as statuses like “Sold / Not Available for Viewing” can change.
