Some things feels outdated and everything related to their IT systems needs a re work. ( I’m a developer and could help)

For the most part everything is. decently professional and the staff are humans and people forget that so when I get a side eye or a passive aggressive response I don’t bat an eye. But definitely the staff could have some training

What an amazing group of individuals working there. I joined this past week and everyone was helpful & professional! Many locations so there is no excuse not to go and lose those 10 pounds haha!

Two staff members were very rude and condescending when I checked in for my first and probably only visit on 12-19. The facility was fine for the workout I had, but it makes for an overall negative experience when you are treated so poorly.

AWFUL customer experience!!! I enrolled my daughter in 11/4-11/8 track out. Then I received an email saying they charged me a registration fee for 11/5 since she wasn't technically enrolled for that HOLIDAY... NO WHERE on their registration page did it say there was a holiday in that week and the customer service rep said I should have received an email. I can't find that email anywhere so I asked them if I they can confirm that it was even sent and they can't. So Libby Kenney, this customer service's supervisor and the person who supposedly 'sent' the email decided "Parents should have known when they signed up for that week that the price was a little lower and that there was a holiday during that week because of that."... Clearly not and this is clearly not a Christian company if this is how they treat people so I've cancelled my whole family's membership and I recommend others do the same. There are other gyms that are cheaper and likely ACTUALLY practice Christian values.

If you're looking to join, beware of their cancellation policies where they do their best to grab one last payment from you on the way out the door. Between that and the signup fees there's a lot about this experience that feels like a relic of the past.
