The farm is beautiful and has so many places to sit and enjoy the farm and animals. There are several cute places to take photos and plenty things for the kids to do! The animals are well taken care of and have adequate space to roam.
We arrived to the farm and we were welcomed by baby goats that they are hanging out all around the farm.
Everything was SOOO cute. Everyone working there is very kind & polite, our questions were responded with patience and kindness. I can't wait to go back.
There mini pigs were my favorite!!! ♥️
They have cows, a horse, an ostrich, hundreds of goats and alpacas. Oh and there's a donkey hanging out that loves to be fed and pet.
You can feed all the animals in there ♥️ thank you for having us!!
Husband and I visited and even without kids we had a great time. We bought bags of carrots and grains to feed the animals. Fell in love with Orville and Wilbur the Highland cows. They are so sweet and took the carrots very gently. The horse was well behaved also as he stretched his neck to grab carrots. The donkeys were adorable, the alpacas had been sheared and looked so cute with their head still a furry mop. The baby goats!! They were soooo cute. I couldn’t believe how little they were! Got a root beer and cookie from the general store, sat and enjoyed all the activity and laughter. They had some games (safe dart board type), gem mine, several playground areas, and a little tractor ride, which the kids seemed to enjoy. We spent over 2 hours, if you have kids or want to play games and mine for gems, I would pack a picnic and spend the afternoon.
Really awesome place. Had such a great time! Went in with the goats and they extra friendly … maybe a little too friendly (no such thing). And they had donkeys. Highland cows. Chickens and so much more. It was a really great time. The ladies in the general store awesome ladies and really nice! Very patient and sweet. All in all a drive worth it!
I came here today after asking Google what there is to do in Chapel Hill as I am visiting from Florida for a work trip. I am so happy I came! Christina greeted me, gave me the lay of the land, and was so welcoming and wonderful. The animals are fantastic! The property is very nice and well-maintained, it’s so great to spend time in nature, and being able to feed the critters makes it all so much better! I highly recommend!
