Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Fun place for the family. Kids play and parents hang out and snack watch or 3v2n use the massage chairs. We got the monthly membership so the kids can come any day for 2hr jump time. Clean location. Nice staff. Yummy snacks.

The place overall was clean and nice, but the staff is rude! The obstacle course area was behind cleaned during open hours, which is ridiculous, and they would not let us in. After 1 hour they were still cleaning and taking their time when I asked the manager why I can't go in. He said we can go, and they are just cleaning. I told him they kept telling us that we can't go in. We paid allot for the whole area, and they seem to just do whatever they feel like.

They are thiefs. My daughter chose to have her party there but had to leave without any shoes on because someone saw her come in with Yeezy slides and took them. There were 13 other pairs of shoes on the rack but when it was time to leave hers were missing.

I asked to review footage from a camera sitting right in front of the rack but was denied. Two employees said they reviewed the footage but amazingly saw nothing suspicious. They rather tried to point to a child within our group who I watched leave and only left with his belongings.

Although the waiver supposedly releases them from liability, unless I'm afforded the chance to see the video myself, I'm left to conclude it was an inside job and not a random customer.

Come earlier in the day where it’s more people. Towards the end of the day it gets more ratchet. Employees are playing rap music from their personal phones. Then lying and saying it’s the radio. Fries and chicken taste horrible so stick to icees and premade pizza. Will definitely visit another place instead

I came and brought my 2 boys. Had gift cards for sky zone and when I went to give them to the guy to pay. He said they don't except gift cards even though it was bought for this place. They had grip socks already, but they said I had to pay for new ones when the ones they had on where fine. Never coming back again.
