I had a very good experience with Rainbow of NC. The sales team was very knowledgeable and gave me confidence that I was getting the play set of my Grandson's dreams. Our installer, James, called to alert me of his pending arrival and was on time!! I was worried that only one installer could not put this play set together by himself, but James did it and quickly. James was polite, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about his work. I am so thrilled with how the playground came together. Better than I could have ever imagined.

Rainbow is amazing. Our family found a great Black Friday deal on a playset and a trampoline by talking to April in the store. She was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions and helped us pick the best set for our family.

The delivery and installation were fantastic. Artie and Colin arrived on time, they were respectful and communicative and made sure to unload the truck in the right spot. They were also patient with me while I made last minute adjustments to the placement on site. Really great guys.

Everything was installed in a day, and ready for the kids to play on by the time they came home from school. It's been the best Christmas present ever. Thanks Rainbow!
