Nido & Mariana Qubein Children's Museum

Easily the best kids museum I've ever been to! I've lived all over the United States and overseas in Korea and this one is superior. The complex is very large, with easy and accessible parking and security. Inside there are two levels and a cafe, with endless options for kids and plenty of seating for the adults. Further, they have scheduled activities such as stem crafts and story time spread throughout the day. In the back yard, they have a beautiful playground and the best Carousel we have ever seen! The kids had an absolute blast and you can spend the whole day here easily! Go check it out 10/10!!!

Definitely our new favorite kid's museum! I wanted to do something fun but just for a day for my kids (6 and 4 yrs old) during spring break and that's when I found this place. We live in Johnston county and it would be a 1 hour 50 min drive to the museum. So I decided to take the train from Cary, it's only 1hr 39 min but also much more relaxing and fun! The kids loved riding on the train. Once in High Point it's only a few blocks to the museum. Google said it would be an 18 min walk but I don't think it took us that long.
The museum was amazing! There are so many things to do! Everything was incredibly clean. I would say this is the best maintained kids museum we have been too (we have been to quite a few). The set-up reminds me of a mall with little stores of activities/ pretend play. We went on a Wednesday around noon and it was not too crowded. The way they have all of the sections set up it never felt crowded or like any area was too busy for us to play in.
My daughter absolutely loved the carousel. Both kids had a blast in the water section. We will definitely make this trip often. If you don't live close by, I encourage you to check the Amtrak schedule, it was inexpensive and made it such an easy trip. Also, you can easily pass by the largest chest of drawers for a photo op on the way to the museum if walking.

Absolutely delightfully well thought out and intelligently planned scientific children's museum. Absolutely loved it, teens and little ones alike. Hall of mysteries great fun - could spend hours in there. Double decker carousel a must-do. And the water room is gigantic, with lots of windows and natural sunlight. Just beautiful.

It’s my 20mo favorite place. The toddler area is so fun, although they could do better about sanitizing the toys when there is heavy volume of kids who visit, they are not always in good health. They also have been occasions where older kids come in, and it makes it dangerous for the littles with them running around.
The place overall is well maintained, and the staff is friendly.
Get the membership! We did and it was the best decision.

What a gem! So much for kids to enjoy both indoors and out. My toddler loved the topiary animals outside and the huge sand pit and playground. Will have to try the carousel next time. All staff were so friendly and everything was well kept and clean. There are plenty of family restrooms which I appreciated! We spent the most time in the water room and the build your own roller coaster area. Though a lot of people were there as it was Saturday, it never felt crowded to me. I'd recommend buying your tickets online before coming. Parking is free with several handicap ♿ spots near the door. Love the Bible verses inside too!
