Nathan is so well educated in body work and SO skilled! I see him regularly for massage and he keeps my body moving! His Thai massage is great too. The stretching he did on my ankles durring my thai massage was out of this world!!

I can not say enough good things about my experience at Mind and Body. I was lucky enough to be gifted a massage (I am terrible at my own self care). Nathan asked exactly what I wanted out of the massage and spent a glorious 90 minutes shifting between a feel good massage while also taking time to work on some sporting injuries that I have. I am a CrossFit coach and even though we are located in North Raleigh I send my athletes to Nathan. He really knows his stuff!
