Learning Together

I go into MANY different preschools and daycares across the area for work and Learning Together is by far the most well run, loving, kind environment. Charles, Jan, Corinne, and their team do a phenomenal job of making each child feel loved and pushed to reach their full potential. Their teachers are top notch and genuinely care for their students. I would send my child to Learning Together over any other school in the area.

This school is inclusive of all children. All backgrounds, all needs, all developmental levels. The teachers love their jobs and they are happy- which makes our kids happy. I never have to worry about my kids being treated poorly based on being different. I would say if you are looking for a place where your child will learn how to interact with all different kiddos while receiving a great early education- this is the place.

If I could give them zero stars, I would my children have been going to Learning Together for two years now just about. The first year We had a whole lot of complications, but I was willing to look past them because my children seem to love Learning Together towards the middle of the school year last year, my son was pushed off of a playground set About 5 feet or more high. Throughout this year we’ve dealt with Other children putting their hands on our children And even though we reported and even though it’s the same child over and over again, nothing gets done same as last year I have seen for myself the same student hitting on everyone’s child In the same classroom, and even though I brought it up to their attention, nothing was done Today I had to pick up my daughter from school because the same child bit my child And this is not the first time this child has hit, bit, pushed, etc. not only my child but other children in the classroom That I’ve witnessed with my own eyes every day when I pick up my child And even after telling admin “ How do you think the parents would feel if they were to know the same one child is hitting, Biting, pushing, smacking and grabbing Their child every day” nothing is done so if you care about your child’s safety this place isn’t for you

My daughter has been attending Learning Together for the last 10 months and we have LOVED it. Learning Together utilizes The Creative Curriculum®, which emphasizes play and social emotional learning. The school is incredibly welcoming and warm, with regular school-wide events, parent involvement and strong parent-teacher communication. Even though my child is developing typically, I appreciate the onsite resources that many schools simply do not have - speech therapy, occupational therapy, trained special education administrators, certified positive parenting specialists, etc. I highly recommend Learning Together to any parent seeking a daycare/pre-K that emphasizes holistic child development and prioritizes inclusivity!

The one and only interaction that I had was very bad I applied and I had one lady hit me back. We scheduled a meet I came to the school a lady named Corrine walked me around and was not pleasant. She lied to the other directors about our conversation and made me feel as if she did not want my child there because disability, but I told her that he had not had him evaluated or anything. He only had speech therapy. I told her he had therapy. She automatically shows her own words to tell, another director and I was very upset and frustrated about it because when I spoke to the next director, he told me what she said, and those words never came out of my mouth. I was so excited for my son to go here, but the experience I had with this lady and was not OK I felt very embarrassed and ashamed for my child to even go there. I did not want him to go there? The thing was an African-American female and she was well. I think she just wanted nothing but other kind.
