There is an elderly female staff member who always looks unhappy and is very unfriendly, both in her attitude and the way she speaks. When asked questions, she either pretends not to hear or claims she doesn’t understand, making it feel very personal. Every time I encounter her, it feels like it’s going to be an unlucky day.

The Kraft Y is definitely my favorite in Wake County. The staff are so kind and helpful regardless of your needs. There is a very blended demographic here with people training of all ages which brings a lot of wisdom and for some interesting conversations. Definitely recommend this YMCA to anyone looking for a leisure center to join.

I called to speak with the youth director for the summer camp as I had some questions before registering — Andrea was so kind, so informative and generous in answering my questions around payment, the flow and schedule of camp, and what I can expect overall.

The Kraft YMCA is really awesome. All the people, programs, and facilities are amazing. We love coming to the pool all summer. What a good slide!
