Knightdale Gymnastics

Knightdale Gymnastics has been in business since 1995 and offers year-round enrollment to children of all ages. The goal is to create a lifelong love of athletics and fitness while providing opportunities in the sport of gymnastics for recreation and competition. Our newly remodeled facility is a place where children can be children. They can run, jump, swing and climb and it's where the staff at Knightdale Gymnastics hopes every child can.
