A nice little stop in Raleigh to take walks, relax and enjoy nature. All outdoors. It has a play stop for the children. And overall is quite immersive.

We absolutely love this place. If you get out there early in the morning with some watermelon or strawberries, toss them in small chunks from the dock, and you might get to see one massive snapping turtle.

A nice park for a walk. Its not very big but it does have a clean trail around a pond. Not very crowded if you like peace and quiet.

The directions lead to a cemetery and a dirt road with a chain across it at that, not to the actual park, actually have to park at the nearby library then walk over to it very misleading

This was a beautiful park when I was younger and it's still a beautiful park now. It looks a little barren but that could just be because we're heading into fall and it's so hot outside.
