Taruna is an amazing Yoga instructor. Her yoga sessions are truly wonderful. She has an amazing way of engaging kids with lots of music and playful activities. I love how she incorporates mindfulness, breathing exercises and a positive environment into her class. My daughter loves going to her class. I wish more kids could join Yoga.

I am with the yoga instructor for the past three weeks. I enjoy every session spent there with Taruna yoga instructor. The yoga studio has enormous amount of positive vibes make your day fulfilled with joy. It's a private one on one session for me she really engage me in each session and everyday she design the classes for me. One day full body workout, strengthening the legs and core. Amazing without dumbells kettlebells with my body weight she challenges everyday. I enjoyed thoroughly. I highly recommend this studio for anyone who want try yoga

Taruna is a wonderful yoga master. The way she teaches yoga is very fun and interactive. My son loved her class and enjoyed being with her while learning. He is now good at a lot of yoga poses. Every child must learn yoga from the beginning of their life. That will help them to be healthy and happy people. I recommend Taruna yoga class for everybody.

Ms. Taruna has been teaching yoga at Origins Montessori School since last year. The children adore her! She brings such a positive presence to our little community. We couldn’t have asked for a better yoga teacher for our classroom. She is super kind and caring. She brings all kinds fun poses that the children recreate in the classroom throughout the day.
