What an excellent park! Splash pad & playground for the kids, a carousel and restrooms for everyone. Friendly knowledgeable staff that make the visit worth it. Will be using this location for a photo shoot amongst the beautiful flowers.
A great park and place to be active for any age! This park is clean and has a lot to offer: walk track, indoor gym, indoor basketball court, carousel, splash pad, picnic tables, playground for big kids, separate toddler playground, clean restrooms with showers, I could go on and on. There are plenty of staff keeping the grounds very clean. The community center staff are warm and welcoming. All the facilities have a modern and fresh aesthetic. There are plenty of ADA accommodations here. My only complaint is that the outdoor water fountain was out of order.
What an amazing park, in a great location. The trails, water splash, sports fields and picnic areas are great! Definitely recommend going especially with the children.
This is a great park!
Pros-They have nice splash pad space, and playground that seems updated. They have a carousel which you need to purchase tickets online by scanning the QR code or typing it in.
Cons-not a lot of shade, you will need to bring fans or a transportable umbrella. The tables don’t all have umbrellas at least not the last few times I have visited.
And while the playground structure is great for toddlers and older school aged kids. They did not put enough coverings or shade covers for the park. They did just add one for the toddler section but I don’t think it was planned well. The shade structure only covers a part of the toddler structure for the first few hours of the day into the early afternoon, but then is in almost direct sunlight from the rest of the day. It was very strange placement and/or sizing.
Overall 4/5 they can play in the splash pad part and then dry off at the playground. You do have to check the cleanliness and be observant. People leave trash and belongings there sometimes. But it’s typically pretty clean.
Very nice park with pretty good playground area for kids. Splash pad is decent but not that great, there are others which are pretty good than this splash pad. They have gym center, walking track and carousel as well but check on timings. Lot of parking on front and even on back right next to kids playground. Seems lot of summer activities as well if needed. Play area is in shade by evening which is good but still rides were hot. Lot of benches to sit, restrooms to use and overall a great place.
