We’ve just moved here from the West Coast, and family came to visit. They love historical homes and history, but all the ones online that are so beautiful I guess are closed now, which is really sad!! So we didn’t have any hopes for this one BUT ladies were there and helped us get a tour the next day!!! They were all so sweet and great!! My parents were so impressed with the facts of the tour and our tour guide that we talked about it for hours afterwards!!! So if you love history and gorgeous homes, make sure you sign up for a tour!! You can also stay in the house if you’re having your wedding there!

Haywood Hall is a historic home in downtown Raleigh. I have officiated intimate weddings inside and larger weddings in the grounds. It is beautiful inside, and has lovely gardens outside. I highly recommend this wedding venue.

As a photographer, I absolutely adore Haywood Hall House. It has the ease of being in the heart of Downtown Raleigh, but the landscaping to make you feel like you are in your own private area for a wedding day or event.

The interior of the historic home is absolutely beautiful with so many thoughtful details, and the exterior makes for a stunning backdrop for a wedding day celebration.

I highly recommend Haywood Hall House to any couple looking for the perfect wedding venue in the Raleigh area!

My husband and I celebrated our wedding at Haywood Hall on October 21st, 2023, and it was an absolutely magical day. We couldn't have asked for better service from the Haywood Hall team—they were incredibly accommodating and made sure every detail was perfect, including helping me fulfill my wish to bury a bourbon bottle as part of a southern tradition.

In terms of value, Haywood Hall stands out among similar venues in the area. The upstairs space provided an elegant and comfortable setting for us and our bridal party to prepare before the ceremony.

For anyone seeking a beautiful and refined southern wedding venue in downtown Raleigh, I highly recommend Haywood Hall!
