Applied with this organization to be a foster parent. Registered for the information session, in which no one showed up nor was there an email sent out to notify interested families of any cancellations. Not a good first impression! Shows lack of communication and commitment.

This nonprofit should be subjected to legal investigations and audits due to its discriminatory treatment of employees. While senior management earns between $150K and $250K per year, staff members are paid as little as $7.25 per hour, showing a clear disregard for their well-being. Legal action is necessary to hold the organization accountable. Donors should also demand greater transparency, as much of the donation money seems to end up in the hands of the leadership. I’m not just writing this review without reason; it’s based on real facts. The management not only lacks qualifications and education, but they also receive significantly higher salaries compared to the staff who work directly with disabled individuals in the organization. This issue should be brought to the attention of the social media and news channels.

This place is a medical fraud based on my experience.
I waited months and was "screened" by a counselor before getting an appointment for psychiatric med management. I filled out excruciatingly detailed medical questionaires including detailed medical history and a list of current medications for their review. When the "appoinment" happened the so -called medical practitioner was a face on a computer screen and it soon became obvious that the face on the screen had not reviewed my medical paperwork. She repeatedly launched into questions bout "my cardiologist" which was totally inappropriate since I DO NOT have heart problems and have never in my life seen a heart specialist or cardiologist. Then she announced that she would not be prescribing the medication(s) I have been taking successfully for over a decade. This person has no business passing herself off an a medical provider PORT health is not reputable.

UPDATE ...... Ms. Welch addressed all of my concerns and solved my issues! I'm at peace with Eastersealsucp now. I had several horrible experiences, however I love what I do! God had something else for me.
UPDATE.............In My separation letter I was advised that I would be paid up until my termination date. I was not paid! In addition, I was billed from my WC case. I was physically abused while being a EastersealsUCP employee! Now that I'm terminated, they're not paying the bill! I reached out to the CEO, Luanne Welch today! If the CEO can't fix this, then an Attorney will!

I was mental and physically abused by this company from day 1. I've made several complaints and even asked for a transfer. I was mentally abused by both Managers and physically abused by a resident. I was even hurt to the point where I had to go on WC, still no transfer. However when I got fed up and voiced my opinion, I'm suspended for 2 weeks. Then fired! Never received a write up or Coaching. As per Roma in HR. I was advised that all of those steps had to be taken first. However, I was fired for basically words! All of the good that I've done in that house and I'm discarded like trash. If you have self love, integrity a family to feed and want to keep your sanity, ESUCP IS NOT THE COMPANY. You can and will be replaced even if you're doing a great job. To cover up their wrong doings , they will sacrifice your livelyhood , throw you under the bus then dispose of you! They doooooooon't care, sadly!

This is a good place to go for anyone who is trying to cheat the system. Just tell them what they want to hear. They're as dumb as they come. I'm giving it five stars so that people who know how it really works, you guys might see this. Zero stars for anyone who wants real help though.
