City of Raleigh Museum

The museum was interesting especially the exhibit with the typewriter and the old IBM computer and how they were related to the history of Raleigh. The museum had some artifacts from the Roe v. Wade overturn protests too. The museum was small and didn't take too much time to go through which makes the museum a good option to spend time when you're time-strapped.

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner at the City of Raleigh Museum, and it was absolutely perfect! The venue has such a unique charm, with beautiful exhibits that added a special touch to our event. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the planning process a breeze. They provided excellent support and worked with us to ensure everything ran smoothly. They allowed us to drop off items early, so we weren't rushing minutes before our event time started. Our guests loved the atmosphere, and it created a memorable experience for everyone. I highly recommend this venue for any special occasion!

If you need a venue for anything run don't walk. Hosted an engagement party and literally cannot explain how awesome everything turned out. Lynda was amazing as well as her team!!! You will not be disappointed!!

Fine place if you like knowing your city taxes are supporting a political agenda. The baseball section is cool. About half of this museum is blatant liberal propaganda. Would not recommend.
