Bass Lake Park

Beautiful walking trail!!! Love all of the animals and signs leading you through your experience of the park.

Love walking the trails and enjoying the dock! It’s a gorgeous place to see the fall colors and see nature!

I took my six-year-old daughter to go there to try to catch her first fish! She caught five! We had a blast, people were walking their dogs everywhere, which was a beautiful site to see. It was very friendly towards families. People of all ages were out walking around, enjoying the nice day. We stopped right when you walk in to the left and caught a bunch of bluegill, I know there’s much more out there, but my daughter is kind of small and I didn’t want her to get tired walking all the trails. It was a very fun day overall.

Nice lakeside park, heavily treed, walking paths, good birding too.

Went with my two siblings visiting from out of town. We enjoyed sitting on the white rocking chairs on the deck, gabbing and relaxing. Boat rentals weren’t available until Memorial Day. The hiking path from the park office was well-mulched and fairly flat. It continues around the lake - don’t know how it is on that side of the lake. A nice place for us older folks to get outside in a relaxing environment.
