Ackland Art Museum

Went to see their print collection! Amazing show and good range of artists and visitors. Gift shop was super good with a lot of fun novelty art supplies and crafts as well as souvenirs. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

We held an event with 70 guests at the Ackland and got rave reviews from everyone! The Art& space is a perfect spot for a talk with the lobby for our catering table and bar. Not to mention having the actual art galleries for everyone to walk through and see. All of the Ackland staff was wonderful to work with! Such a fun part of UNC to share with guests from out of town.

I was waiting for a friend to finish her classes at UNC-CH for the day and found this impressive art museum to explore. It is located on campus and just one of many interesting caches of culture to scope. Nearby there is a variety of food&bevvies to sample and people from around the globe to interact with. Check it out if you’re in Chapel Hill NC.

Auckland Art Museum has so many beautiful and creative displays up. Entry was free with no wait. Parking is free during the weekend and was easy to find. The gift shop has so much variety from coasters to birthday cards. I would definitely go again and recommend it.

Went w my school group. The docent were great with the students. A nice variety of art pieces. The museum also allowed me to use the colorblind glasses - very appreciative!
