Yoga in the Galleries at City of Raleigh Museum
Experience a refreshing way to connect with local culture and wellness at the City of Raleigh Museum. We are excited to invite the community to participate in Yoga in the Galleries, a rejuvenating series held in the heart of downtown Raleigh. Led by experienced instructor Elizabeth Comtois, these sessions offer a unique opportunity to practice mindfulness and physical exercise surrounded by the beautiful historical exhibits of our city. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, this class is designed to be inclusive and accessible for all skill levels and ages.
This event is completely free of charge, making it the perfect way to invest in your health without any financial commitment. We kindly ask that you bring your own yoga mat and any personal props you may need for your practice. Please join us from 1 to 2 p.m. on scheduled dates throughout the year to stretch, breathe, and find your center in a truly inspiring environment. Space is limited, so we encourage you to mark your calendars today and prepare to enjoy this revitalizing community experience. We look forward to seeing you there.
