Whether you are a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting your wellness journey, our expert instructors provide a welcoming environment that challenges and inspires everyone. This is a fantastic opportunity to move your body in the fresh air at the beautiful Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons event lawn.
Taking place every Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., these sessions are completely free and open to the public. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the workout. After class, feel free to explore the variety of onsite shops and restaurants for a refreshing beverage or meal.
