Wake Forest Easter Eggstravaganza
Join the Town of Wake Forest for an unforgettable morning of family fun at the annual Easter Eggstravaganza. Held at the beautiful E. Carroll Joyner Park on March 28, 2026, this free community event offers a unique twist on the traditional egg hunt. Instead of a standard search, children are invited to hop along our designated Bunny Trail between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. to collect their eggs. Participants should bring their own baskets and be sure to open their eggs before leaving to check for exciting prizes at the town tent.
The event atmosphere will be electric, featuring a lively DJ, giant soap bubble artists, and professional hula hoopers. Families can enjoy themed crafts, interactive sponsor exhibits, and local food truck offerings. The Easter Bunny will also be available for photos near the historic barns. For families seeking a quieter experience, we are proud to offer an Egg-ceptional Zone from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., specifically designed for children with disabilities. We invite you to visit our website today to learn more and plan your visit for this spring celebration.
