The Triangle Academy of Dance is delighted to invite your child to participate in our Free to Be Me program. This specialized creative movement class is carefully designed to empower young children with developmental special needs, allowing them to explore the magic of dance in a supportive and inclusive environment. Our curriculum focuses on enhancing physical development by improving coordination, strength, and body awareness through structured yet expressive movement routines.

Led by our talented senior ballet dancers, this program offers a unique opportunity for students to build confidence and social connections within a nurturing community. We offer two sessions tailored to specific age groups to ensure every child receives personalized attention. Level I serves children ages three to five, while Level II is available for children ages six to ten. This is a complimentary class dedicated to celebrating the individual potential of every young performer.
