Triangle Academy of Dance's Free to Be Me

Triangle Academy of Dance is delighted to invite your child to participate in our Free to Be Me program, a creative movement class specifically designed to empower young children with developmental special needs. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to experience the joy and magic of dance in a supportive and inclusive environment. This unique initiative focuses on building essential coordination, physical strength, and body awareness through carefully crafted movement exercises tailored to meet individual developmental goals.

The sessions are led by our dedicated senior ballet dancers who provide patient and expert instruction for all participants. By joining this program, your child will have the chance to express themselves artistically while gaining confidence in their physical abilities. Classes are held every Saturday from August 18, 2025, through May 23, 2026. Level I is open to children ages three to five, while Level II welcomes children aged six to ten.
