Triangle Academy of Dance is proud to present Free to Be Me, a specialized creative movement program designed to empower young children with developmental special needs. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to experience the joy, discipline, and magic of dance in a supportive and inclusive environment. Our curriculum focuses on enhancing physical coordination, building core strength, and fostering greater body awareness through carefully curated movement sequences. By removing barriers, we create a space where children can express themselves freely while developing new motor skills alongside their peers.

This weekly program is facilitated by our dedicated senior ballet dancers who bring professional expertise and a gentle, encouraging approach to every session. We invite families to join us for this transformative experience, which runs every Saturday from August 18, 2025, through May 23, 2026. Classes are divided by age to ensure appropriate developmental engagement, with Level I serving children ages 3 to 5 and Level II welcoming those ages 6 to 10.
