The Triangle Academy of Dance is thrilled to invite your family to our Free to Be Me program, a specialized dance experience designed to empower young children with developmental special needs. This unique initiative focuses on creative movement to help participants build essential coordination, physical strength, and improved body awareness in a supportive and inclusive environment. Every session is thoughtfully led by our dedicated senior ballet dancers, ensuring that each child receives personalized attention while exploring the magic of artistic expression.

Our classes are divided into age-appropriate groups to provide the best possible experience for every student. Level I caters to children ages three to five, while Level II welcomes children ages six to ten. These complimentary sessions run every Saturday from August 18, 2025, through May 23, 2026. We are deeply committed to providing an accessible space where every child feels encouraged and celebrated through the art of dance.
