Total Tot Time: Free Play Program for Young Children
Total Tot Time offers an engaging and inclusive environment for children ages five and under along with their parents or caregivers. Hosted by Durham Parks and Recreation at the W.D. Hill Recreation Center, this recurring program provides a wonderful opportunity for early socialization and active play. Families can enjoy a variety of activities within the spacious gymnasium, including interactive games like parachute play, tunnel exploration, jumping rope, and friendly bowling sessions. These activities are designed to support physical development while fostering meaningful connections between parents and their children as well as among peers in the community.
This free program takes place every Monday and Wednesday morning from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. through May 20, 2026. No advance registration or RSVP is required, making it a convenient and flexible option for busy families looking for a structured yet casual play experience. We invite you to bring your little ones to explore, run, and socialize in a safe and welcoming space. Join us this week for an energetic morning of fun and movement that promises to brighten your child's day while creating lasting memories with your local community.
