Total Tot Time: Free Play Program for Kids

Join Durham Parks and Recreation for Total Tot Time, an engaging and complimentary play program designed specifically for children ages birth to five and their caregivers. Held in the spacious gym at the W. D. Hill Recreation Center, this event offers a wonderful opportunity for your little ones to burn off energy while developing essential social skills. The program runs every Monday and Wednesday morning from September 2 through December 16, 2026, creating a consistent routine for local families to connect and explore.

Participants can enjoy a variety of fun activities including playing with parachutes, navigating through tunnels, jumping rope, and friendly bowling. The core mission of this program is to foster positive socialization between parents and children, as well as among the young attendees themselves in a supportive and safe environment. No advance registration is required, making it incredibly easy to drop by and join the excitement whenever your schedule allows.
