Thinking with Philosophy: Free Program with UNC Philosophy Department
Embark on an intellectual journey with the Thinking Philosophy series, a collaborative initiative presented by the UNC-Chapel Hill Philosophy Department and the Chapel Hill Public Library. This engaging program invites participants to explore fundamental questions about existence, our place in the world, and the pursuit of a meaningful life. Held on Wednesday afternoons from February 4 through April 15, 2026, these sessions provide a welcoming space for community members of all ages to share perspectives and cultivate curiosity through thoughtful conversation.
Each session features collaborative small-group discussions and guided reflections designed to inspire wonder and deepen your understanding of diverse life experiences. Whether you are a lifelong learner or simply curious about philosophy, this program offers a unique opportunity to connect with others in a relaxed, academic environment. There is no requirement to attend every session, so feel free to drop in when your schedule allows. We encourage you to join this vibrant community of thinkers by visiting the Chapel Hill Public Library to participate in this free and enlightening educational experience.
