Thinking with Philosophy: Free Program with UNC Philosophy Department
Join the UNC-Chapel Hill Philosophy Department and the Chapel Hill Public Library for an intellectually stimulating series titled Thinking Philosophy. Running every Wednesday from February 4 through April 15, 2026, this program invites participants of all ages and backgrounds to engage in deep, meaningful conversations about our world and the human experience. Through collaborative small-group discussions and guided reflections, you will have the chance to explore timeless questions in a welcoming and accessible environment.
Whether you are a lifelong learner or simply curious about philosophy, this series provides a unique space to share perspectives and cultivate your sense of wonder. Sessions take place at 2:15 p.m. in Meeting Room B at the Chapel Hill Public Library. Please note that the program will not meet on March 4 or March 18. This event is entirely free and open to the public, offering a perfect opportunity to connect with your community.
We encourage you to attend individual sessions or join us for the entire series. For more information or to receive ongoing updates, please contact Professor Michael Vazquez at [email protected]. We look forward to seeing you there.
