Thinking with Philosophy: Free Educational Series at Chapel Hill Public Library
Embark on an intellectual journey with the UNC Philosophy Department as they present Thinking with Philosophy. This engaging series is hosted in partnership with the Chapel Hill Public Library and offers a unique opportunity to explore life’s most pressing questions. Held on select Wednesday afternoons from February 4 through April 15, 2026, these sessions provide a welcoming space for community members of all ages and backgrounds to reflect on our place in the world and the essence of a meaningful life.
Each gathering features collaborative small-group discussions and guided reflections designed to cultivate curiosity and broaden perspectives. Whether you are a seasoned thinker or simply curious about philosophy, these sessions offer a supportive environment to share ideas and deepen your sense of wonder. Participants are encouraged to join as many sessions as their schedule allows.
This enriching program is completely free of charge and open to the public. To ensure you stay informed about session topics or to ask specific questions, please contact Professor Michael Vazquez via email. We invite you to join this vibrant community of inquiry and discover the power of thoughtful conversation.
