Superhero Training Academy at Wake Forest Community House
Every aspiring hero requires more than just unique abilities to succeed. At the Superhero Training Academy, we focus on strengthening essential mental muscles including focus, impulse control, social awareness, and self-regulation. Through a dynamic series of interactive games, engaging obstacle courses, and collaborative team challenges, your child will build the vital cognitive confidence necessary to excel in kindergarten and navigate their world with poise. This program is specifically designed for children ages four to five, ensuring age-appropriate development and fun.
While your hero in training participates in activities, parents and caretakers will gain valuable insights into early brain development. Led by Brittany Miller, a local educator and neuroscience specialist, this workshop provides practical, science-backed strategies that you can easily implement at home to support your child growth. We prioritize an active environment, so please ensure your child wears comfortable athletic shoes for each session.
This series runs every Thursday from March 19 through April 9, 2026. Registration covers one adult and one child, with sibling discounts available for families. Secure your spot today to help your little hero prepare for their next big adventure in the classroom and beyond.
