Superhero Training Academy at Wake Forest Community House
Unlock your childs hidden potential at the Superhero Training Academy. Designed specifically for children aged four to five, this unique program focuses on building the essential mental muscles required for early childhood success. Through a series of engaging games, intricate obstacle courses, and collaborative team challenges, participants will develop critical skills including focus, impulse control, social awareness, and self-regulation. These foundational strengths provide the cognitive confidence necessary to navigate the transition into kindergarten with ease and enthusiasm.
While the young heroes are training, parents and caretakers participate in informative sessions led by local educator and neuroscience specialist Brittany Miller. These discussions offer practical, science-backed strategies for supporting early brain development and managing behavior at home. It is a comprehensive approach that empowers both the child and the guardian.
The academy meets every Thursday from March 19 through April 9, 2026. Each registration covers one adult and one child, with sibling discounts available to accommodate your growing family. We encourage all participants to wear active footwear for maximum agility. Space is limited for this developmental experience, so please register today to secure your spot and start your hero on the path to success.
