Superhero Training Academy at Wake Forest Community House
Does your little one dream of saving the world? Join us at the Superhero Training Academy, a unique program designed to cultivate essential life skills in children aged four to five. Beyond simple physical play, our curriculum focuses on developing vital mental muscles including focus, impulse control, social awareness, and self-regulation. Through engaging obstacle courses, collaborative team challenges, and dynamic games, your hero in training will build the cognitive confidence necessary to transition smoothly into kindergarten and beyond.
While the children are mastering their superhero skills, parents and caregivers have the opportunity to participate in informative sessions led by local educator and neuroscience specialist Brittany Miller. These sessions provide practical, science-backed strategies for supporting healthy brain development and managing behavior at home. This holistic approach ensures that both children and guardians leave with valuable tools for long-term success.
Space is limited for this special series running every Thursday from March 19 through April 9, 2026. Registration covers one adult and one child, with sibling discounts available to accommodate your growing family. We invite you to secure your spot today to help your child prepare for their next big adventure.
