About

Experience the joy of cycling with the Raleigh Kidical Mass Party at Dix Park. This family-friendly event is designed to encourage kids and parents to explore the city on two wheels during a fun afternoon of community biking. We invite all families to participate in our group ride, which covers a scenic two to three mile route perfect for young cyclists comfortable on their own bikes. For those with younger children, cargo bikes, trailers, and bike seats are warmly welcomed to ensure everyone can join the fun.

The adventure begins with a pre-ride party at 3:30 PM, followed by our official roll out at 4:00 PM. Along the way, we will stop for a refreshing sweet treat before returning to the venue. After the ride, participants are encouraged to explore the vibrant Bike Bonanza festival hosted by the City of Raleigh. We strongly recommend bringing your own bike and helmet for all family members. If you are in need of equipment, please reach out to our Programs Manager to inquire about bike loans. We look forward to seeing you there for an active and memorable spring outing.
