Nature Journaling in Nature
Have you ever wondered how naturalists and scientists document their discoveries in the field? Nature journaling is a powerful practice that allows you to capture your unique observations through writing, detailed sketching, and scientific diagramming. We invite you to join our park staff for an immersive session designed to deepen your connection with the environment while you explore the preserve and record your personal experiences in real time.
This engaging program is open to anyone aged ten and up, and you do not need any prior artistic or journaling experience to participate. Our expert guides will provide all the necessary materials to get you started, though you are more than welcome to bring your own personal supplies if you prefer. By the end of the workshop, you will have completed several creative journal pages reflecting your time in the outdoors.
Space for this event is limited, and pre-registration is required to secure your spot. Please register online today to join us for this refreshing opportunity to blend science, art, and nature in a beautiful setting. We look forward to seeing you there.
