Mori no Karasu Pop Up

Mori no Karasu is an exclusive four course pop up dinner experience featuring the culinary artistry of Chef Caleb Vasquez. This event showcases a unique fusion of traditional Japanese izakaya influences crafted by the former Stanbury and Longleaf Swine talent.

Guests will enjoy a curated menu starting with an otsumami snack platter featuring sashimi, togarashi boiled peanuts, and tomato ohitashi. The meal progresses to a creative take on the classic Japanese rice bowl followed by a wild ramp scotch egg and seared duck chashu served with blackberry ponzu beurre blanc. The evening concludes with butter mochi paired with persimmon curd and matcha. Three custom cocktails provided by the Boatman Spirits crew will accompany the meal.
