This reflective and practical session introduces metacognition — the ability to observe our thoughts instead of automatically reacting to them.

In this session, we will explore:

• What metacognition really is

• How thoughts shape emotions and reactions

• Reactive thinking vs conscious response

• Creating greater clarity, awareness, and calm

• Practical ways to pause and observe thought patterns

Whether it’s overthinking, reacting emotionally in conversations, or simply feeling mentally overwhelmed, this session offers a thoughtful way to better understand the mind and create more space before responding.

Sometimes a small pause in awareness can change the direction of an entire conversation, decision, or relationship.
